Naxxar celebrates its parish feast in honour of Our Lady of Victories (Il-Vitorja) on 8 September, a date shared with several other Maltese localities and historically linked with both the Great Siege of 1565 and the end of World War II hostilities in Malta.

In Naxxar, the feast transforms the town square into a lively celebration of faith and tradition, with band marches, fireworks, and the solemn procession of the statue of the Virgin through decorated streets.
